- Execute residential interior and exterior remodeling projects independently
- Perform framing, carpentry, demolition, and structural repairs as needed
- Complete siding installation and exterior repair work
- Perform finish carpentry, trim work, and general remodel tasks
- Follow project plans, scopes of work, and quality standards
- Manage time and materials efficiently to keep projects on schedule and on budget
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
- Communicate directly and professionally with homeowners regarding progress and expectations
- Coordinate with other technicians or subcontractors when required
- Identify additional repair or improvement opportunities and communicate them internally
- Ensure work meets safety standards and applicable building codes
- 7+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience
- Strong framing experience required
- Proven experience with both interior and exterior remodeling projects
- Siding installation and exterior finish experience strongly preferred
- Well-rounded skill set across multiple trades
- Ability to work independently and close out jobs without supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Clear communication and customer-facing professionalism
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying physical conditions
- Clean background (background check required)
- Competitive pay based on experience: $27–$30/hour base pay.
