Here are the key requirements for the Lead Handyman Home Service Technician position:
- Experience: You should have at least 10 years of paid handyman experience.
- Tools: You must own your own tools.
- Location: Live within 30 minutes in the area.
- Insurability: You should be insurable for driving a company vehicle.
- Physical Abilities: You must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and work safely at heights for extended periods.
- Professionalism: Maintain a premium professional appearance and take care of the company provided vehicle.
- Additionally, as a Lead Handyman Home Service Technician, you should be proficient in the following areas:
- Carpentry work
- Bathroom improvements
- Kitchen improvements
- Painting (both inside and out)
- Drywall repairs (minor and major)
- General plumbing and electrical work (where allowed by law)
- Floor installation and refurbishing
- Wall tile installation and repair
- Cement work
- Deck building and repairs
