- 2-year previous experience as an office assistance/coordinator
- Excellent computer & CRM platform skills; write legible; mathematic skills & phone etiquette
- Has a minimum of 2 year of paid experience in office administrative assistance or similar position
- Able and willing to work remotely, but willing to work in office when needed
- Able and willing to make sales calls; follow-up calls; coordinate scheduling to operational demands
- Monitor employee payroll time sheets and process payroll
- Send KPI analysis to TruBlue HQ
- Review monthly reports with management and ownership for continued improvement strategies
- Has own computer and internet access in remote setting
- Aspires to grow professionally
- Willing to dedicate the hours needed to complete the job above satisfaction
- Physically and mentally capable of multi-tasking phone calls & scheduling.
- Valid & current driver’s license
- Has reliable transportation, with a clean driving record.
