- Perform general home repairs, installation, and maintenance tasks with care and professionalism including:
- Minor carpentry (doors, trim, framing)
- Drywall repair and painting
- Basic plumbing (toilet installs, faucet replacement, leak fixes)
- Basic electrical (switch/outlet replacement, light fixture installs)
- Tile, flooring, and other general repairs
- Support home safety and accessibility for seniors aging in place
- Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after jobs
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Support Lead Technicians as needed
- Maintain tools and company vehicle (if provided)
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and time spent on jobs
- Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
- 5+ years of paid hands-on home repair, maintenance, or construction experience
- Proficient in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, general maintenance, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, drywall, tiling)
- Good communication, reliable and respectful in every interaction
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right
- Some experience in project estimating or quoting jobs preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and standard tools of the trade
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
