About the Role:
Join our team as an Auto Body Collision Estimator, where you will play a vital role in assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine repair needs.
- Prepare detailed and accurate collision repair estimates for customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and costs.
- Collaborate with auto body technicians to ensure accurate assessments.
- Utilize estimating software to generate quotes and manage documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and repair techniques to enhance service quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
- Assist in managing claims and liaising with insurance companies as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a collision estimator or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with auto body repair processes and estimating software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
