Home Services Handyman Estimator in Hawthorne, CA

This role isn’t just about home repairs—it’s about building trust, showing compassion, and delivering a higher standard of service to every customer, every time.
What You’ll Do
- Visit client homes to evaluate projects and needed repairs
- Create detailed estimates for labor, materials, and time required
- Communicate clearly with customers and answer questions on-site
- Work with the office team to schedule approved jobs
- Use company software to record visits and generate estimates
- Represent TruBlue with professionalism and reliability
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in home repair, construction, or maintenance preferred
- Understanding of trades (carpentry, drywall, plumbing, etc.)
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using a tablet or phone app for estimates)
- Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
