Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in prepping, mixing, and applying paint to vehicles with precision. You’ll work closely with our body technicians and production manager to ensure top-tier quality and timely delivery of vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Mix and match paint colors using paint codes and computerized systems.
- Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat finishes using spray guns.
- Perform touch-ups and blending for seamless results.
- Inspect finished work for quality and ensure all paint meets OEM and shop standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations (PPE, ventilation, disposal, etc.).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive painter (collision repair or refinishing).
- Strong knowledge of PPG, BASF, or similar paint systems.
- Ability to perform color matching and refinishing to a high standard.
- Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
