- Perform collision repairs following OEM procedures
- Teardown, damage analysis, and parts identification
- Repair or replace body panels, bumpers, brackets, and structural components
- Metal finishing, plastic repair, filler work
- Communicate with estimators and shop management
- Keep a clean and safe work area
- 5+ years of auto body repair experience (or equivalent training)
- Strong understanding of collision repair techniques
- Ability to read repair plans and follow OEM guidelines
- Welding experience preferred
- Frame/unibody experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license
